Post Body

I'm a first year student at the University of Utah and I have been offered some FAFSA subsidized loans. I have my tuition paid off through a Pell Grant and Scholarship, but I live off campus and work for my rent, food, transportation, etc. Should I still take out the loans incase of emergencies? I would plan on putting it into a CD or savings account to accrue interest. I also only have about $300 left over to pay for my books, supplies, etc. I would really appreciate some feedback and advice. Thanks!
