I'm 23 years old and feel stuck in a dead end job and am still living with my parents. I could use some career advice.
Post Body

So like the title says, I'm 23, living at home and stuck in a dead end job. I got this job in January of this year, it pays okay, ($13hr) but it translates to only about $20k a year take home after taxes and benefits and it drives me insane.

Obviously I want something better but I'm lost. I have ~$40k in savings due to inheritance and saving. I went to a community college and have about 140 credits in prereqs and STEM courses, but due to family issues and poor performance (2.29 GPA) I stopped going. I was studying mechanical engineering but did not like it and the workload was just too much for me.

I'm definitely open to returning to school but I have no clue what to study. I'm interested in computers but I don't want to go back to school for >2 years to get a degree and still be living with my parents at 25.

I would love to get some guidance. Ideally I would like to end up at a job making >$45k/year starting with opportunity for growth but I don't know what's out there.
