Just thought other's might be interested to see the effects of purchasing a car (~$20k) has on FICO score over time with added bonus of getting a new job thrown in. Imgur
I'm pretty sure the fluctuations are mostly balances on a 0% interest card I have been using as a free loan for the past 18 months. (0% ends this month and YES I am paying it off in full before then). I think the reason my score shot up after job might be because I got a work Credit Card that I use for expenses. As soon as I started travelling, it's usually got a sizable balance on it.
