First Time Home Owner

I am purchasing my first home in Wisconsin, and close on February 15th. I have a conventional loan setup and believe to have no foreseeable obstacles in my way.
I have been told many times that there are many programs to assist first time home owners and wanted to find out from the community here what I should be doing / looking for at this stage.
