I am currently with Bank of America and live in a small/rural area of Pennsylvania. I travel constantly for work all around the country which is the reason I chose BofA to begin with. For a while, anywhere I would go I could deposit money/checks/etc. and not have to worry about stockpiling either until I get to a branch.
Recently, my BofA local branch is being sold and I'm being switched to the First National Bank of Pennsylvania by the end of the month (the bank who is buying the location). Not to mention the fact that there are BofA branches being sold all over the nation as well.
I'll be traveling until mid-November, so I will just have to make due in the meantime. However, I'd like to switch to another bank that has branches all over the US. I was considering Wells Fargo or Chase, but I don't know much about them. Are there any suggestions on banks with branches nationally that I should look into?
