AMEX Blue Cash Preferred, Chase Sapphire, Fidelity AMEX: Pick 2

Hey there,
I currently have a Fidelity AMEX, and I want to pick up an AMEX Blue Cash Preferred and Chase Sapphire.
Blue cash would be for gas/groceries, and I'd use the sapphire for incidentals and all other costs.
I'm spending ~ 3k/month on my Fidelity AMEX, and i'm wondering whether the Sapphire has any advantages over my current card.
