After 401K with Roth a conversion or back door IRA?
Post Body

I have recently gotten a promotion at work and am trying to figure out what to do with the extra money. I have access to the after tax mega back door Roth IRA through and in plan conversion in my 401k. I am also considering just contributing the max to my IRA and doing a one time conversion to Roth. What is the better strategy?
