Tax Penalty on Education IRA?

I have an education IRA that was set up years ago to help me pay for college in the US. However, I went through college without using the money and would like to now do something with it. I know there’s a penalty for withdrawing money and not using it on education funds, but I can’t seem to find a straight answer on what the penalty will be. Where would I find the info?
