Standard 401k vs Roth
Post Body

Ok so I am 55 and intend to retire between 65-70. Making 400k and have savings plus a 500 k 401k. I’ve been maxing out my contributions to standard 401k. Adding about 60k to my retirement fund overall a year. I’ve been using a program that recommends over next 10 years to start converting all my standard 401k and Ira’s to a Roth. My question is this should I still contribute to my standard 401k or switch to the Roth option? What’s the point of standard 401k for me if I will be converting everything to Roth ?
