Need a plan to restructure flexible income
Post Body

Hi. I was looking for ideas on how to tackle my debt the best. Hoping to hear from someone who has already dealt with a similar situation.

I have a 110k in student loans and 6k in credit card debt. My student loan is at around 9% APR and CC is currently at 0%.

My family back in my home country needs my support since Iā€™m the only one able to earn right now. I make around 7.5k a month post tax. 1.5k goes to my savings account that I recently opened and 1.5k goes back home. Of the remaining 4.5k, my rent and utilities cost me 1.5k. The minimum down payment I need to make every month for my student loans is 1.3k. And my Uber and transport costs me between 300-400 a month.

So that leaves me around 1.3-1.4k for my living expenses and credit card payments.

I feel like Iā€™m in a limbo repeating this cycle every month. I want to break this, maybe invest a little to increase my income.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Prioritize CC payments? Start investing someplace?
