I’m currently 24 years of age and have $50k in a HYSA. I had intentes for that money to go towards the down payment of a house yet I do not see myself purchasing a house for at least another 3 years. Would it be wiser to invest that money into ETF’s that average a 10% return as opposed to keeping it in a HYSA that only pays 4% in interest? Any advice will be greatly appreciated
