Started new job: W-4 Form

I am starting a new job. I noticed the W-4 form is different than from when I last started a job many years ago.

The new form doesn’t let me to input how many allowances I wish to have. I used to file as “Single with two allowances” and I would get a small refund every year.

The form is now very simple. If I just put down that I have no dependents and no extra withholdings, will it be the equivalent of filing as “single with two allowances” under the old form?
