Long term stable mental health made worse by job eligible for SDI?

I have been treated for depression in the past but it was managed. Currently stresses at my work is causing my depression and anxiety be in overdrive. But I'm not at the 1 year mark so suspect this will be a Short Term Disability disqualification. Am I correct?
