Need help related to my savings

Hi, first of all I want to say I’m from Spain so things related to 401k, retirement and such are not a big priority right now because the government gives a pretty decent pension when you retire. So in my situation, I’m 22 and I have a job which allows me to save most of my income since it pays for my expenses and utilities. Only fixed expenses are gym membership and phone plan, around 50 euros per month. How would you invest your income? Which options would be the safest choices for someone who doesn’t have much knowledge in this matter?
