Hello everyone, I am a bit newbie in investing and I am seeking some financial advice. I have taken out around 300k worth RSU from the market. Here is my current debt

1.4M - house @4.25% -- 30 years -- 7k month

Here are my few investment options 1. Reduce principal by 300k 2. Index funds, mutual funds 3. Put in CD

I don't have a nice investment portfolio yet most of my money is in RSU 😅 (Got bit lucky, but I want to fix this). I am looking for long term investment here. Any advice on this would be great 😃
