Should i take a pay decrease?
Post Body

Leasing agent at a luxury apartment complex currently right now making $21/hr plus $150 per lease . When i first was hired we were BUSY but now 5 months in we are almost full and slowed down a lot . Commute is 45 minutes some days and if we end up moving down this way my wife will end up with the long commute

Vs

Another property that pays $4 less per hour and regular commison is $100 per lease but there are more units and a lot more units available but i would be with another leasing agent. I would have cut my commute time in half and if we move downtown my commute and my wifes commute would basically be walking distance. Currently this company is giving $350 per lease for the foreseeable future but in a few months i know that will change . This property is downtown with beautiful water views

Nervous taking a paycut but i see potential to make more with the newer company . But the security of higher pay is nice

Any help is appreciated !
