Hello everyone. I'm looking for some second opinions on my situation and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I hope that I'm not violating any community guidelines with the subject matter of this post.
Context: I'm currently living in Littleton, CO in a one bedroom, one bathroom. I'm not currently employed and I'm driving for Uber to pay the bills and rent. My lease will be up on Nov 10th, and I'm planning to move back to Las Vegas to live with my mom, should my recent job applications not pan out. If there is no job, then I'm going to be focused on driving for the next month to try and build up a little bit of savings to live off of for a while. I have no kids, no pets, and I live alone.
My current debt situation is as follows: ~$26,000 in student debt; ~$13,000 in credit card debt that is consolidated (two years and three months left, never missed a payment), and another ~$4500 on another credit card that has 0 APR until December 2024.
My 2015 subaru forester has roughly 123250 miles on it, recently had the oil changed, and no major maintenance issues at this time.
My work experience has been twelve years as a business analyst, spanning several different industries and technologies, but no certifications to my name
In all likelihood, I'm moving back to vegas in November and I'll be driving as much as humanly possible in the Denver market for the month of October to save up for the first few months I'm back home while I look for work down there, and possibly driving down there as well.
My question for the community is concerning my debt. Given my current circumstances that I have outlined, and the amount of debt that I have amassed, ~$45000, what other options could I look into? Would a personal loan be an option? Should I consider going back to school for a different degree (I have a BA in Art with minors in Math and Information Systems)? Would it be best to stick with the Vegas plan and try to get a job at Costco or something similar to make my monthly debt payments when I'm back in Vegas?
Any advice would be welcome and if this post is in violation, I'll repost in the appropriate subreddit based on the rules here and any removal notifications from the mods. Thank you for your time an thank you in advance.
