My friend is coming into possession of a significant amount of crypto assets. He's not very tech-savvy and he's worried about having to create a wallet, remember a password, figure out how to deal with sales, etc etc. This has become a major problem for him. Is there a bank or some sort of reputable service that can just take care of it for him? He just wants to immediately sell the assets he'll be receiving and put them into standard bank and investment accounts (dealing with taxes would be a bonus).

Ideally there would be a major bank that he could walk into, have them hold his hand, and remember whatever wallet passwords for him, so that if he forgets the passwords or whatever they'll be able to help him if he shows up physically to the bank with identification. There's a 50-50 chance he screws it up immediately if he has to do it all on his own.
