How to actually calculate cost of living difference in considering relocating for a job.
Post Body
Hey all, I’ve worked remote in Minnesota which is MCOL. Been making 140k and my wife making 40. Recently I was laid off and am now considering a few options…
Counting my egg early (is that a phrase?) but I may have a few offers in the Bay Area. Let’s assume I want to slightly improve my salary, as I am using this as an opportunity for growth, what would you all consider as a next range when considering the cost of living in the Bay Area?
