Can Credit Karma be trusted to be sent PI

A couple weeks ago I was able to login (from my updated email - previous was hacked), I went on to check Experian but since updating that email I now get emails from Experian saying there's a car that matches my information (not me)

I'm unable to get into Credit Karma now, it seems changed back to the old email even though I have no email proof of that(?) It just won't let me log in with the updated email.

I contacted support and they are asking for two major forms of identification, but I'm scared of my information already being stolen enough?
