Liked P5R and P3R, will I like P4G?

just finished P3R and while I really liked them both I'm skeptical of Persona 4 Golden because it looks dated and because I've heard there weren't nearly as many QoL features that are in the newer ones. Figured you guys would know.
Edit: Alright, you guys win. I bought the game on Steam. I hope y'all didn't hype it up for nothing
