Hi all, Iโm a pretty adventurous cook, but havenโt really made much Middle Eastern food lately. I cook for vegetarians and vegans a lot so Iโm looking for recipes that would still be filling without the meat.
Also, I tried gondi recently (similar to this recipe) and it was great but I would appreciate some tips on keeping the balls from falling apart ๐
Oh, Iโve been using soy curls in some Thai recipes so I already have some, thank you!
Oooh, Iโve been looking at getting some cookbooks once I get the shelves up. Do you have any other recommendations?
Those both sound great - I just bought parsley.
Thanks!
๐ What kind of mushrooms? Do you sear them first or what?
Thank you! Iโve been looking for quinces but can definitely get eggplant
