Just got home from a 16 day trip across Europe. Have been permanently locked for 3 years or so, I fly for business every week and have never had an issue with airport security. No problems with metal detectors at concerts, sporting events, etc. I’ve been locked with my tether spout for about a month prior to my trip.

I was seriously considering switching to a plastic cage for the trip but ultimately decided to stay in by Ti BAWR cage with the spout. I left my tools for the cage and the spout at home so I was truly committed lol. I visited Paris, Budapest, Malaga, and Amsterdam. Flying to each city I was surprised by how easy security was. I did have an issue at CDG in Paris when going through security. The metal detector beeped - I think it was a random selection thing. I got a pat down and the guy felt my cage. He looked at me and said something in French. I said jewelry. He patted it again with the back of his hand and looked at me and then my partner who was standing there looking annoyed. Then he waived me on. I wasn’t nervous and it wasn’t a big deal.

It was an amazing trip - we ran the Paris marathon! My 3rd marathon locked! We told our kink aware friends about my cage and I got to show them. Now she wants to lock her husband lol.
