Unable to buy Google Play Gift Card

Hey all,
Last Friday, I submitted for a $10 Google Play gift card. Today I received this email:
Your Reward Has Been Cancelled Our gift card provider has temporarily disabled Google Play Gift Cards due to an activation issue. Your points have been refunded back to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Has anyone ever received this and know how long it would take by chance?
