Anyone experience this error message when trying to access the Rewards section on Mobile?

Error Message: "geoip_country_code_by_name(): Host (Public IP) not found."
The rewards page loads fine when I'm on my desktop or I briefly switch to LTE on my iPhone.
I Have:
I've contacted "Perk Support".
Restarted my router and both mobile devices running the app.
Re-installed the app on both devices.
Any insight or advice would be great. Thanks!
UPDATE: (August 3rd) It works again! Support contacted me a week ago saying it has been fixed,but didn't work up until this morning. :)
