2 days no mask- huge improvement?

I’ve had PD for years, but only just realized what it was. I have basically stopped using anything in my skincare routine other than moisturizer (my skin feels way too dry to go without) and my PD is slowly clearing up. The past couple of days I had to stay home from work for personal reasons, so I haven’t had to wear a mask. My PD looks and feels significantly better. Even the bumps are shrinking. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to avoid wearing a mask for 7 hours most days while at work. I’m glad I’ve realized my main trigger of this condition I guess. I just ordered some hypochlorous spray for my face and the inside of my mask. Hoping that helps this awful stubborn condition. Just wanted to hear if any of you are hugely triggered by mask wearing!
