tldr - is it fine to not take the entire 3 month prescription of doxy 100mg assuming my PD clears up?

hi apostroohe prescribed me 3 months of doxy for pd (which i didn’t realize i had until i was prescribed but i definitely do). i’m on day 4 but i realize i have a wedding in mexico in a month and am concerned about the sun sensitivity and drinking of alcohol. would it be fine to just stop taking doxy if my PD goes away right before the wedding (im optimistic lol). i’m not sure if this is ill advised and my pd will just come back and i know people say you shouldn’t stop antibiotics early but people seem to be taking doxy for very varying amounts of time.

for context, my pd is definitely on the lighter side. i have had no adverse reactions to doxy so far. thanks!
