Hey y'all! I had this surgery 6 months ago. I chose it do to severe retraction in flaccid state. It has corrected those issues and improved my self esteem tremendously. My pre and post op measurements really don't need to be shared as each of us are different with different skin elasticity. I gained 2 inches on flaccid length and 1.5 inches on flaccid and erect girth. Yes, I would endure this surgery again if I knew the recovery process. I'll share my good and bad. Note... don't focus to much on the bad as the good far outweigh the bad.
The good:
-Girth enhancement
-Flaccid length
-Overall confidence
-Improved sex
-Dr. communication. - Dr. Kansas is extremely personable and very responsive to questions. I've reached out probably 6 or 7 times twice were weekends and he still took the time away from his family to respond. I can't say enough good things about him. I recommend him but I also recommend you do.your own research on docs and stay semi close to home so in the event you need your surgeon he isn't half way across the country.
The bad:
Note, we are our own worst critics. None of these are outside the norm so don't get flared up about them. Yes I'm listing more "bads" but just so you know what I'm experiencing. The good FAR outweigh the bad.
- The first two weeks are indeed mental hell between the what is this, what if, and pain, it's an.extreme mental battle. Prepare. Do not listen to users on here on.what you should do about the wrap etc. Your doc is tending to you. Listen to him.
-I have slight torsion. Nothing that's really bothersome
-My penis points ever so slightly to my right leg. After surgery it pointed extremely right and has straightened out over time.
- Lack of sensation. I can't give you a % but I can tell you it's not all there. I hope to continue to have increased sensation. This is probably my biggest concern. It is improving I just want it faster if that makes sense.
-Pubic hair does indeed move from your pubic/scrotum to your shaft. The skin has to come from somewhere. I recommend laser hair removal prior to surgery to remove the threat of infection. Consult your physician.
Erect length. I didn't have a lot to spare as it was. I lost about an inch and have seen minimal return. I'm still hopefull it will return but partner says girth is so much better than length she doesn't care.
Oral sex. It's going to be a lot harder on your partner. Don't expect the same results as you increase girth 1"-2".
I'll answer any questions one may have.
Cheers!
