I’m at 2 yrs and almost 5 months post surgery. Couldn’t be happier with the results.. started at 5.5” erect length/about 4.5” erect girth… now 6.25” erect length (5.5” flaccid)/over 6.5” erect girth. Was given the XL. Initially lost over 1/2” erect length and took probably 10 months to get back to my original length, and then over the next several months actually gained 3/4” I wasn’t expecting. My girlfriend loves the thickness. We’ve been dating since July and she didn’t know until recently that I’d had surgery when we discussed it. One extra positive I’m now a marathon man and fortunately she doesn’t mind at all. I’m just thankful I never experienced some of the complications that some have mentioned…. and yes, we do cowgirl… doesn’t bother me at all.
