I’m looking to do a major upgrade. I’ve had a Canon SX10 for about 6 years now and it has done its job, but I really want more out of the camera especially for low light conditions. I enjoy going to friends and family weddings and events to capture the moments for them and give them the disk as their gift. I also go hiking and take it with me.
I have been looking at a few cameras such as the Canon T5i, Nikon D3200, Pentax K-30 and the K-50. From what I have been reading I’m leaning towards the Pentax K-50. I’ve seen a deal on B&H for a kit with 2 lenses and one on Adorama with WR lenses. Though I guess my biggest question is should I go with a kit and find a good low light lens. Or should I buy a body and grab different lenses separately. Any suggestions for a good low light lens that’s not super expensive and a flash for indoor weddings. Outdoor shots I have no real issues with but indoor shots are my weakness with my current camera and flash.
