Recommendations for ergo and ballpoint pens

Looking for some recommendations on pens, me and my dad both loved the Yoropen Executive (shown in picture). However, the refills are hard to find and expensive, has anyone got recommendations for other ergonomic style pens? Preferably metal or not cheap looking.
Also Iām looking to build my work collections, I already have the standard Jotter, Cross Click and Rotring but want something that will stand out, any recommendations welcome.
