Hi! I'm a 30 year old woman looking for friends. My wife and I have a son who just turned 1 month old so taking care of him is what we spend most of our time doing. You don't have to be a parent yourself, but just know I'll probably be talking about my kid quite a bit lol

I work in IT and trying to move into cybersecurity. I'm really quite the geek/nerd, but I don't follow all the latest Geek Culture trends or anything like that. I am into sci-fi of all forms (movies, TV shows, games, books, etc) and psychological thrillers/horror. My favorite movie is The Matrix followed by Cube.

I enjoy playing the occasional PC game, typically single-player or co-op FPS & building/sim games. My favorite game is Half-Life.

I like rock, metal, blues, funk, techno/eletronica. Just about anything except country. My favorite band is Clutch.

I'm autistic and have ADHD so I tend to be a bit disorganized but in a strangely systematic way lol. I always seem to click the most with other folks who are neurodivergent so definitely hit me up.

Also, I will add up front that I will be a mostly asynchronous communicator because of my schedule right now. I am the kind of person that loves to have one long ongoing conversation where we can dip in and out. I grew up on AIM where folks would leave messages even if you were "Away," so I really appreciate longer-form PMs where we might have the opportunity to chat live but can continue having a conversation in between times when our schedules finally lineup.
