Hello r/penpals fanatics, snail mail enthusiasts, and letter lovers!
I have so much time on my hands lately and while I have some great pen pals already, I'm looking for a few more during the holiday season. It doesn't have to be long-term (though I'd sure love it to be!) and I don't expect super quick turnaround, so don't worry about any potential time commitment issues. Life happens! As a side note, I don't ghost anyone ever, and I do respond to every letter I receive, so while I am understanding if someone ever can't respond, I promise to always respond on my end.
A bit about me: I am a 25-year-old female living in the Pacific Northwest. I am a community manager by profession and a weight lifter by hobby (I train in both bodybuilding / powerlifting styles). When I'm not working or working out, I am baking, cooking, or sending snail mail.
I adore my friends over at r/randomactsofcards, where I have sent over 1,000 cards around the world, but sometimes I want something a little more long-form. That's where r/penpals comes in! I have made a diverse group of snail mail pals here and can't wait to meet even more.
At the moment, I am looking for a snail mail pal in the United States. Age and gender do not matter to me.
If you are interested in a penpalship with me, message or chat me your address, and also along with your address, please include what you would like for Christmas this year or what your favorite holiday traditions are. This is so I can have a topic to write about in my first letter to you!
