Hello everyone,

I've recently stared making writing a hobby to improve my handwriting. It's gotten better but still has a long way to go. While looking for inspiration on things to write, I figured why not look for a penpal?

Now I haven't written a proper letter since training in the military, but I've always loved the feel of sending and receiving tangible letters.

Admittedly I'm not typically one for conversation. I come off brash and cold at times but its mostly me just trying to reply without boring the person or over-think things.

A bit about myself, I'm a father of 3 incredible girls. And a husband of 10 years to the love of my life. I work a full time job at a Minesite and work a rotating shift so I can often be found sleeping or wide awake at very peculiar times.

I dont have too many hobbies on account of my random work schedule, but do intend on making writing a serious hobby. I've recently gotten into fountain pens too so expect some funny ink spots on the letters.

I consider myself very open minded. I dont judge people and try to view things from all sides fairly. I can typically make a conversation out of anything as long as one of us has a serious interest in the topic.

I am prefering snail mail and English is my only language. I would love to have a wroting partner from another country, but wouldn't mind at all having one from here (U.S.) Gender donesnt matter. But please don't be uncomfortably young.

I will be taking my time in writing and responding so please consider this.
