Hi, I am Chemist that is looking for friends for email and/or snail mail. I used to have a few penpals from 1 of my research jobs, but since we were students our addresses kept changing and it was hard to keep up. I really enjoyed writing on cute stationary and sharing our successes and woes.

I mostly would like to write about interests and life in general. I just left graduate school with a Masters, found a hopefully nice job and am starting a new chapter of my life. I would like to talk about the daily struggles and successes to others that are not my family, to get an outsiders point of view. I am very far away from home, I am from Puerto Rico but am currently living in Ohio, USA.

Of course, it's not about sharing our frustrations, but of kindling a long lasting friendship. I enjoy old 90's and 2000's cartoons, videogames, some anime,roleplaying games, crochet, musicals, animals, crafts, stickers, food, memes, reddit, Harry Potter, Pokemon, documentaries, Netflix and cute things. I do ask for someone who is LGBTQ supportive.

I would like to start via email or discord and eventually move to snail mail after I feel confident that the person I am writing to is not a serial killer, rapist or overall creep. Though I love true crime shows, I do not want to end up in an episode.
