I've lived in Southern California my whole life and recently started working at my local library as a Library Assistant. It's a perfect job since books are one of my biggest passions, both reading them and writing my own. I have a close, tight-knit family with two sisters and a mischievous pet cat who was given the all-too-appropriate name of Loki. I love to travel. I don't have a ton of money, but I try to make at least one big trip and one small trip each year.
One of the things I've started doing this year is sending more pieces of traditional mail. It's something that makes me feel good inside and I enjoy being able to brighten up someone's day with a bit of cheer, since who doesn't love getting a card with their name on it in the mail? While I don't really have the time or patience to do long letters, I'd love to send cards for holidays or postcards whenever I feel like it to people. Returning them isn't necessary or required, but you can do it if you want to.
