Hiya! I'm from California and I'd loove to get to know someone from Germany!

Here's a little backround about me, for a few years I used to have depression, anxiety and always had a bleak outlook on people and life in general, but once I started my second year of college, I started to be more outgoing little by little. I've wanted to have a penpal since forever but was always afraid that anyone I opened up to would just ditch me. So I started off with exchanging postcards because it's fun and if someone didn't deliver, oh well it's just a postcard, right? I've been so happy and outgoing lately but I don't really have anyone to talk to about it so I thought I'd finally make a post here to find someone fun to talk to!

I'd like to penpal with someone from Germany because though I've always wanted to travel there, I don't think that will happen anytime soon, so finding a penpal is the next best thing! I'd prefer to do it with someone my age (give or take 3 years) and with someone who's open minded. I can do email or snail mail.
