Hi! Hope everyone's alright!

I'm here, looking for new friends to talk to, whether it be every now and then or on a daily basis. I'm not a fussy guy, all I ask is that you give me equal effort whenever we talk 😊

I would definitely describe myself as an ambivert, but then I think the vast majority of people are, to be honest. We all exhibit traits of introversion and extroversion from time to time. Once I'm comfortable with someone, it tends to be reflected in the tone of my messages as I become more bubbly. My fear, initially, is being ghosted seeing as it happens so regularly on subs like this. I don't know whether friendship subs in general have just got worse or whatever, but it does seem a little more difficult to make a connection. I'm hoping someone can prove me wrong on that!

I feel like a bit of an outsider in the sense that I could not be less interested in anime, I'm not a huge gamer, and it feels like a lot of people here are. The things I am interested in include reading, writing, photography, football, British music, architecture, British social history and subcultures, and all sorts of other stuff. To be honest, most things interest me to some extent. I've placed alot of emphasis on British things here, but I'm actually not very patriotic at all. I just find those facets of 'Britishness' quite interesting and to my taste 😁

Personality-wise, I don't wanna give too much away straight away. As a little overview though, I'd describe myself as occasionally funny, affectionate, supportive, mildly flirtatious, cheeky (I will take the piss out of you sometimes) and a good listener. Besides that, I suppose you're just gonna have to see for yourself which other parts make up the smorgasbord that is, well, me!
