Hi there, I'm Bre! I'm a (nearly) 29-year-old and I am looking for a couple of email penpals.

A couple of things about me:

I'm pretty crafty and I like to talk about it. I crochet and I paint. Right now I am making a blanket for my grandmother. All single crochets, 60x90 inches long.

I'm looking forward to spring so I can try my hand at gardening again. I plan to plan at least squash and tomatoes. And of course some marigolds. I might try my hand at some sunflowers too.

I'm on a big self-help kick right now. Don't worry, it started much before the new year. I'm trying to better myself, one slow step at a time. I have depression, so anything to help fight it off when it comes is something I want to learn. I love to talk about what I have learned though.

I'm learning how to cook! Due to various circumstances that I can totally go into if you want to hear about it, I never really got the chance to cook what I wanted. So now that I have a decent kitchen, I am learning to make all the things I have never made before. My husband and I are also huge bread bakers and we just got a bread machine for Christmas, so the house always has bread in it.

I have four, count them, FOUR cats who are all characters and who I love to send photos of when I remember.

I'm a fledgling witch, so I am interested in all sorts of witchy things. I have a whole library of books that I am working my way through reading on so many different topics. But if anything I would consider my path to lean towards hearth witchery.

Speaking of books, I love to read manga. I'm waiting eagerly for I Want to be a Wall vol 2 to come out in a few weeks. But I am also reading Komi Can't Communicate, Maison Ikkoku, Ouran High School Host Club, and I am hoping to start Urusei Yatsura soon!

I was trying to be short in this request, but I love to write really long letters. I ramble a lot about anything and everything. Or, I don't mind daily short messages either. Either way, I would love to hear from you if you think we would be a good fit!
