It’s an SEC violation to present any revenues, financial statements, or anything related to earnings within 30 days of the ER.
Their PR team is absolute dogshit, like the worst I’ve seen in a LONG time, so it wouldn’t surprise me if some dumbass signed them up for the slot without thinking about it then couldn’t find a good/legal way to walk themselves out of it
