I've been on this new exercise regime where I'm eating lots of food that naturally boost testosterone levels and have been working out hard. Part of this experiment has been not to "relieve myself" to maintain high testosterone levels, but it's now to the point that I'm having a hard time focusing on things because all I can think about is sex. It's been two weeks since I started this program. I'm seeing great results, but it really sucks. Anyone else done anything like this?
