I’m not sure if anyone here is familiar with the term “traumatic masturbatory syndrome” (TMS). It’s basically an atypical way of masturbating in which the guy lays on his front and grinds either against a pillow or his hand. As you can imagine the pressure it exerts is far greater than PIV intercourse or typical masturbation. Over time individuals who engage in this practice find it difficult to have PIV sex and it can also lead to erectile dysfunction.
Much evidence about it over the past 20 years has been anecdotal but lately there here have been a few medical papers on it.
I am now on the waiting list for implant surgery and TMS is the only way I have been able to achieve orgasm pretty much since I started.
This question is for people who are also only able to orgasm and have had an implant:
Post-surgery are you still able to achieve orgasm through TMS? I have asked the andrology doctors / nurses but no one is able to answer the question.
Thank you.
