Big screen outside the energy center questions

Me and my brother are headed down to watch the game outside the arena tonight. I have a few questions regarding the rules.
Can I load a cooler up with beer and bring it with us?
Does it cost money to attend?
Do they sell beer and food there?
Assuming I should bring lawn chairs... Anything else I should bring?
What time should I get up there if I want to get a decent spot to watch?
Any other tips or anything else I should know?
