Original peloton bike loose screen

My bike had to be transported to a different place. The screen was removed not from the backplate but from the swivel. I see it just has one screw and the plastic caps, but it doesn’t hold in any position it just swivels up and down all Willy nilly. I am afraid to over tighten and break something back there. How tight is the screw back there supposed to be??
