I’ve been riding since March 2022, usually 30 min rides 5-6 times a week and seen some interesting and positive changes in my body- it almost feels like I’m carving out a new toned physique from the blobby lump of clay I was before I started 😂.
My legs have gone through loads of changes. In the first few months the cellulite on my legs got really bad, much worse, but now has improved dramatically. Is that a ‘thing’?
now, the front and side of my legs are starting to tone up but I still have a lot of fat on the back of my legs.
What can I expect as I continue to ride?
And does anybody recommend any short weights (or other) sessions for legs I can use to supplement my ride?
I should add I’m down from 149lbs to 134lbs and although I didn’t take measurements I’ve clearly lost inches on my legs as I easily fit in jeans I couldn’t even pull up when I started.
edit: wow I love all the responses on here- thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experiences. I should point out there is nothing wrong with having thick or chubby legs - I’m not hating on my body, just super interested in how my legs are changing and trying to predict what will happen next!

Do you have any before after pics for reference? I have genetically predisposed fat in my ass, hips and saddlebags and I fear I may be putting my hopes too high expecting peloton will eliminate them to the degree I'd like.
