Hey guys,
I have had the bike for just over a week now and I've been reading this sub and the wiki here. I want to try powerzone training, do I need a heart rate monitor of any kind that connects to the bike to do it? I have a Fitbit, but it's too old to get it connected to the bike via the app that was suggested in the wiki, but I can monitor my heart rate in the Fitbit app. Might it be worth it to invest in a decent heart rate monitor? I know measuring the heart rate on the wrist is not as exact as with a chest strap.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated
