Hey there Peloton fam,
I've owned my bike for a few years now, but I recently moved into an old brownstone in New York City. The apartment is great, but the room I want to put the bike in has a pretty slanted floor (i.e. you can put a marble on one side and it will roll downhill all the way to the other side). Because of this, no matter what I do, I cannot seem to get the bike level.
Looking at the bike head on, it seems pretty level, but once I'm actually on the bike (and especially out of the saddle), I can feel my center of gravity tilted either slightly left or right depending on which side is too high/low. It's a small thing but, at the end of rides, one side of my back hurts from what I assume is my body trying to compensate. I've tried raising and lowering the legs a bunch of times, adding additional raisers (when the legs weren't long enough), adjusting the cleats on my shoes, etc. to little avail. I've tried using a level of course, but I'm not sure where to actually take the measurement (e.g. from the seat, from the handlebars, etc.).
Should I focus just on leveling it left to right (side to side) or do you think front to back matters as well? I figure front to back I should be able to compensate with the seat height but I'm not positive about that either.
