Hey all! So, I have my bike and I love it. I have a goal to ride a minimum of 5 days per week. I’m coming from a bodybuilding background, and I just don’t have the time to dedicate to the gym like I used to for a variety of reasons. I am working on a home lifting plan utilizing primarily dumbbells. My goal is to maintain my muscle, and hopefully add even more over time. I had originally planned on doing an upper/lower split, but I’m second guessing myself and I’m wondering if a 3 day full body would be better? Thanks for any pointers you can give!
