Hey- I've read some threads on this but can't seem to piece together exactly the answer, so I'm hoping someone can shed some light. I've got a few friends I'm competitive with, and we all have Apple Watches and share our activity data. I just ordered a Peloton bike, and I want HR info to show up on the bike so I gather that means I need to buy a HR monitor like the Rhythm . If I do that, should I also start a workout on my watch to get activity credit, or can I sync the bike external HR to the activity app to make sure my friends notice that I've blown away their Exercise rings for the day? ;-)
