Hello all I am a complete newbie when it comes to pellet smoking. I am looking for a mid of the road type pellet grill/smoker. I have it narrowed down to two different smokers and was wondering if anyone has any good or bad experiences with these two. I am leaning more towards the camp chef because it seems more user friendly and I like the ability to add a sidekick option later on. I like the pit boss because it is cheaper and has basically the same capabilities minus the sidekick lol. I have heard the PID on the pit boss is not designed well but not sure how much truth there is to that. Anyone have any known problems or perks to either smoker? Any help is greatly appreciated.
